I/ Introduction:

          Vietnam dairy Products Joint – Stock Company. The company was founded in 1976 based on taking over 3 milk factories of the former regime. The company is headquartered at 10 Tan Trao Street, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City . The organizational structure consists of 17 attached units and 1 office. There are 4,500 employees in the company. The main functions: Production of milk and finished products. Over the years, with the remarkable efforts, the company became one of the leading enterprises in Vietnam on all sides. Achievements of the company contributed actively to the development of national industrialization and modernization . With these outstanding achievements, the company received noble rewards : Second Independence Medal (2010) , Third Independence Medal (2005) , First Labour Medal (1996), Second (1991), Third(1985), Second and Third Labour Medal (2003 - 2008) for 3 factory members: Thong Nhat ,Truong Tho, Dielac; Third Labor Medal (2004) for Hanoi Dairy Factory. The company received Government Banners in the last 14 years – "the leading company for the movement of industry" (1992-2005). The Ministry of Industry gave a flag for Dielac because of the outstanding achievements in productive labour in 2000 – 2004. Many certificates from the President, Prime Minister, the Center of Ministers and the provincial people’s committee awarded many achievements for the company: paying taxes; breeding dairy cow movement; the poverty – alleviation movement; implementation of labor laws; import-export activities; employment creation; conversion of plants and animals; bond issues; health; population; "
