Hàng ngày chúng ta vẫn thường làm việc với nhiều file văn bản, chủ yếu là Word. Nhưng có 1 điều thú vị vẫn tồn tại trong định dạng *.docx của Microsoft Office và Open Office mà không ít người được biết: thực chất đó không phải là 1 file duy nhất.

 


Mà bên trong đó còn có thêm file XML và một số thành phần khác để tạo thành file Word hoàn chỉnh. Chúng ta hoàn toàn có thể “khám phá” bên trong bằng cách thủ công, tương tự như với file *.zip. Thực chất, quá trình này rất có ích, vì chúng ta có thể khôi phục lại dữ liệu từ file *.docx, trích xuất file audio và ảnh...
 

Trước tiên, các bạn hãy tìm 1 file *.docx bất kỳ trên máy tính:

Nhấn chuột phải và chọn Rename:

Thêm .zip vào đằng sau và nhấn Enter:

Khi Windows hiển thị bảng thông báo như hình dưới, các bạn chọn Yes:

Khi đó, biểu tượng của file sẽ thay đổi thành file nén. Kích đúp để mở:

Bên trong, chúng ta sẽ nhìn thấy toàn bộ “nội thất” của file *.docx đó, có vài thư mục như _rels, docProps và word. Nếu bạn muốn chính sửa bất cứ file *.xml nào, thì phải giải nén ra 1 thư mục nào đó, ví dụ như Desktop:

Sau đó, sử dụng 1 chương trình chỉnh sửa text nào đó như Notepad để bắt đầu chỉnh sửa:

Sau khi kết thúc, hãy kéo và thả ngược lại thư mục ban đầu:

Khi Windows hiển thị thông tin cảnh báo như dưới đây, các bạn chọn Copy and Replace:

Và đổi tên ngược lại như lúc ban đầu (xóa bỏ phần .zip):
