* JOB OVERVIEW
- Directs all aspects of the Kids Club activities function to achieve the highest possibleguest satisfaction.
- Responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of all the Kids Club activities inside and outside the resort

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor kids Club personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
- Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery
- Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities
- Perform such functions as to include but not be limited to:
- Arrange weekly activities schedule for all the kids on property incorporating concierge, recreation, and F&B department.
- Lead and participate in Kids Club activities to gather immediate guest feedback ensure quality of activity
- Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follows up on corrective action
- Compile, analyze and control Kids Club activities revenues and costs - Overall responsible for creating and maintaining the entire range of kids activities services offered for different age groups with the aim to maximum guest satisfaction
- Appraise appearance, discipline and efficiency of all staff under direct supervision and initiate immediate remedial action if necessary
- Organize and conduct regular meeting for all the Kids Club staff to facilitate communications and smooth operations.
- Prepare efficient work schedule for Kids Club Staff, arranging holidays and vacation, taking into consideration project occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures
- Works with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs
- Works with Superior and Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with children of all ages, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Good health and physical condition to participate in sports activities
- Good writing skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
- Problem solving and organizational abilities
* Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
* Experience
- 2 years’ experience in Kids Club operations or a related field.
- Operations, including supervisory experience at a hotel of similar size and complexity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
